Kadayawan is a festival every dabawenyo waited to celebrate.In these celebration there are lots of things to expect.As for me Ive really excited of experiencing what it is like to be a part of the said event since this would be my first kadayawan festival to be here in the city. I expected to have a great fun especially seeing those local bands performs their famous piece, Of course I will watch if its for free.. (hehehehe)"I dont have money to pay for the tickets..in short cant afford..I would love to watch those floral parades which is one of the highlights also in the said eventand appreciate the creative flower arrangements of different participant hoping to win.And maybe "God forbid"some accidents might happend such as pick pocketing or maybe worst and individual who is killed without prior reason which is beyond our control..Oh forget about those crazy thoughts its scared me..Another thing i really wanted to see is indak-indak with thre sets of costumes which added color to their performance.and lastly which captivates me are those beautiful women hanging around…hehehe
In this fast paced, ompetitive world it seems there are far too few moments to stop and smell the roses.Happiness and peace for many people seem to be a luxury of the past. A college student develops migrained, headaches because of assignments.Workers that have problems for there works,these people are experiencing stress.Stress, depression, anxiety assault on peace and mind.Lonliness,stress, pressure are only factors that can destroy our mental health.
Psychologist said that there are three parts; Id, ego and super ego. The id includes own drives and desires present at birth. The ego is concerned with perception of reality.Super ego deals with moral behavior. Therfore it depends which are the strongest parts in our mind.But there are ways on how to be stress free. First you could relax infront of a television or have some pet such as cats,dogs or fish to care for.These would divert your attention from stressful days to a relaxing moment.Or have fun with some of the member of the family by talking what happened for the entire week over tea or coffee. These things help you relax a bit. Another is, you canrent some movie if you dont want to be in a movie house because its a lot of money to spend with. and invite some friend to come over by this you can relax and have some bonds with them. Or read some books from your favorite author. Having fun for awhile is a way of relaxing.Because even machine need to be rested for awhile and have it worked again what more with the human body.Having fun is like laughing with friends for a liitle while because as one of the author says in one of the books I had read "laughter is the best medicine"
In these world where almost the people are working and not having some fun but only worked for almost seven days a week just to earned money. Well, I cant blamed them with these poverty our country experiencing i might think of doing it too.But for now, my studies really give me a stressful day with some assignments to be done, incoming quizzesto be prepared for. All of those stuff added so much pressure to my average mind. And of course, how can I forget I dont have a set of PC in my boarding house because we cant afford it,and whenever I have some project I have to hurry and look for a nearby intenet cafe and have it done. Or else,I will failed in these semester.I dont want that to happen ofcouse. I really wanted to prove myself tha I can pass.Howeve Im started lossing hope with those people around me who looked at me as if im wasting my parents money for nothig.It hurts me so, but who am i to complain I dont ha proven them wrong.Sometimes I want to freak outespecially with those failing grades I have.I dont know how to cope up just to reach the passing grade. Whew! So difficult to be judge and I guess what Im going to do is find ways to passed.
